What’s your favorite writing ritual?
I’ve learned to write anywhere and everywhere, and don’t really have a ritual. There have been many deadlines met while riding in a car, airports, hotels, parking lots, coffee shops, waiting rooms, my couch… Strangely, I’m rarely in my office. Really, if I can bring a laptop I’m probably working.
If you could have dinner with someone (dead, alive, fictional or real) who would it be and why?
Chef Marco Pierre White — because… food.
